At JOE's Factory Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

Package Your Items

Carefully pack the items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
